Who we are
Melany Dian Risiyantie SH., M.H., CLA is the founder of “Melany & Partners”. Melany has practiced generally in Indonesian Law since 1995. She started her legal career as a team member at the Law Office of TRIMEDIA Panjaitan & Associates, Law Office of Gusti Randa, SH & Partners and the Law Office of KMS Herman, SH, MH before opening her own Law Office in Bali. Melany’s specialties are criminal case strategy, land purchase and Family Law. She has also represented high-profile business women (Be Magazine Inspiration) and is the Director of a business company. In 2018 Melany had the honour to become the Head of DPW ASAHI (Certified Legal Auditors Association) for the period of 2018 to 2024 for the province of Bali. Melany was also elected to to join the DPC APPI (Advisory Council of Procurement Lawyers Association) Bogor Raya, West Java, period of 2018 to 2024.

Priyo Jatmiko SH., M.H., has over ten years experience in the legal profession. He also has 25 years of experience as a senior Manager in the field of Human Resources. Priyo is active with organizations in law and exclusively practices in Litigation and Non Litigation cases. His experience has allowed him to become Head of DPC PERADI Bekasi and he has recently received the position of Conciliator of Industrial Relations (Ministry Trans RI ) and is being honored.

Agus Rudijanto S.H.,M.H., has experience and has dedicated him self to becoming a lawyer since 1996. His practice covers general corporate law. Mr. Agus is also active in multiple law organizations in Indonesia and is a very well renowned corporate lawyer.
